Our vendor partners, Optical Academy and Tele2020, provide the equipment, vision team specialists, eyewear and doctors to fulfill our onsite events that serve so many children in need.

Optical Academy serves schools and some of the largest organizations in the country, most notably, they are the number one provider of vision care for the National Education Association (NEA) and the New York Department of Health (NYDOH).

Tele2020 serves businesses and their employees in all types of industries in the US. They not only provide onsite eye exams and eyewear, their services include visual ergonomics and online telemedicine programs for a better end-to-end vision care experience.

Together, they the leaders in ONSITE and ONLINE eye care, providing the best eye care experience for those who can pay for service and continue to provide FREE eye care and eyewear services to See A Beautiful Day, Every Day for those living in poverty, lacking access and we do it – ONSITE where they need it most.

Why We Come ONSITE

While there are many programs offered for those in need, they simply don’t provide nor do they meet the needs of the child in their comfort zone, their school or community.

For the schools, communities and companies that participate with us, we provide them the best vision care experience that gives:

Convenience where they are most comfortable – their school and community (not a doctor’s office).
FREE vision care and the ability to choose their own eyewear among friends and classmates.

The demand to provide proper eye care and eyewear for those in need continues to grow exponentially. More than 46M people (20M children) across the US lack the access and ability to pay for vision care.

Why Aren’t School Screenings Good Enough?

Basic screening are inadequate and not only prevent children seeing clearly, they typically miss diseases of the eye that if not identified early can lead to long-term challenges while limiting the child’s ability to maximize their learning.

From strabismus and myopia (nearsightedness) to hyperopia (farsightedness) and ptosis (eyelid drooping), every child needs to have a proper and comprehensive eye exam.
